All demo videos in the CMS link “help page”, it’s helpful to guide me step by step, better than user manual. CMS link shows on the back of the box, I also save it on the PC, so I won’t forget. Most important, CMS is for free, I like it! Wonderful product, will buy more!

Did not come with instructions and I could not find any on internet. Not sure but was under the impression it cam with program but unable to find.Unless you know how to use it I would not recommend. This one is for sale .

We are having issues operating this register due to the software being difficult to understand in order to make this operational for everyday use. I’ve had techs who know their way around these things and even they are baffled. I expected more from Royal.

Every direction online and they send you is how to plug a cable in and turn it on very easy.Don't need directions for that. You will never figure out how to program it or use it zero directions anywhere..

Fast shipping, I got it soon within 3days, and test it directly. All is fine, I plug USB to play pictures directly, and also publish pictures from CMS remotely, both work well. Don’t need install anything, just connect the cables, and login CMS website, easy to operate. Recommend it!
