Overall I think this is very attractive shelf paper. The grid on the back is very useful but in the five rolls I got the edges were off so the 1/2” grid didn’t always work out evenly. In those cases I just had to cut it wide and then strip with a razor knife at the edge. It may just be the way our cabinets and drawers work out but a 20” or 24” roll would be much more useful as it is I have five rolls between 5” and 6.5” wide. I wish the paper was a hairs breath thicker. It is so thin that when a single granule of ground pepper got missed on the wood shelf that it made a dimple and small hole in the paper. When that happened I immediately changed plans and put a thicker clear plastic protection over the shelf’s that held pots and pans. I will tell u the pattern is great but also masks your errors. When I came exactly 1” sort on a long cabinet shelf I cut a 6” wide piece off and matched it into the pattern. The repeat and type of pattern made patching in nearly invisible- I.e. my wife couldn’t find it. ... show more

My first time using contact paper. I’m very happy with the outcome. It looks beautiful. I did have trouble installing because I was getting bubbles so I kept having to pull a section back up. But I’m sure that’s not the products fault, that’s just me being a beginner. But I was impressed it kept sticking even after a pulled it up several times. I would buy this brand again. I’m giving this 2 stars. It was beautiful, the perfect size and arrived quickly. Unfortunately it is not very sticky at all and It is very thin. When I put this into a clean, dry drawer it barely stuck. It’s coming up on all corners and edges and will not stay down well. It Was very difficult to install as it kept sliding around and wouldn’t stay put. I had a different roll I started my project with but ran out of it and had to order more and found this perfect sized roll and hoped for the same quality but it was not so.     • Adhesion not so good. Thin material
This material is thin, very thin. If you’re looking for a durable contact paper for shelving, look elsewhere. The adhesions sucks and after 1 day, it’s already peeling. I would return it if I could but I already used some of it. Totally disappointed for $20. I’d rather buy the Walmart one for 5.50!

    • Cheap appearance, poor quality
Purchased as shelf liner for new Ikea pantry wall. I selected this item for the pattern. I didn’t even apply the item it was so poorly made. I will be returning all four rolls, even if I don’t receive a refund on the opened roll. The Product was so thin, I could see through it. It didn’t t have a matte finish but a glossy one that made it appear cheap and plastic-y. I unrolled the product, laid a shelf on top to mark my cut lines and the corner of the shelf easily tore a hole in the paper. When I removed the backing I could see the product was so thin it was translucent. It looked and felt like cheap tape. Going with a more expensive name brand. Don’t buy this ... show more

    • Wish it adhered a little better
Loved the design & weight if if, just wish it adhered a little better, will move around, even if cut exactly, with heavier items. Protects paint well.

    • Color not the same
The pattern and color I got is nothing like the photo. It’s actually green background with a much smaller print of a totally different motif. Not happy with the color I wanted grey and white. But I used it anyway because it took so long to come

    • SUPER easy and forgiving
There are lines on the back to make cutting straight with ease. Also it's VERY forgiving if you don't get it placed perfectly the first time - I lined some dresser drawers because we bought use and I was extremely happy with what I got for the price
