Auto flush valve for stool at office RR. we have several. only negative is that same valve for a water closet stool is not the one used in urnals. The look the same, but means we have to have identical looking spares, that are not interchangeable. But they work great.

    • To take out and replace the batteries is very tricky and best to be avoided

When first installed...the sensor worked well. Recently the sensor does not work automaticaly. The push button operation works. I am suspecting that the batteries the unit came with may not have been new / fully energized. As we all know this type of unit is very sensitive, having not robust enough soldered contacts, thus prone to be damaged / become non-functional (due to corrosion). To take out and replace the batteries is very tricky and best to be avoided. However, this may be necessary! ... show more

Works great. It was an easy fix for what my plumber was charging $250. Take out two screws, unplug old unit, plug in new unit and replace screws! That all. Need a special bit for your screwdriver to remove first screw.

Definitely fixed the problem, sensor worked great. Until I put the cover over it, then the sensor wouldn't work. I think the tint is to dark on the cover but i could be wrong. If someone has found a solution to this please let me know
