While the RFID protection may not be a huge thing in the smaller community where I live we travel enough to big cities to warrant the added protection. While the RFID component was key, I really wanted a wallet that was more compact but would still hold the major credit cards and health cards that I need to carry all the time. I replaced an old, basic bifold wallet shown in a comparison picture. The new one is the same size but configured a little differently. The pockets on the outside are pretty cool, allowing really quick access to my primary credit card. The main flaw I noticed can be seen by comparing the pic of my old and new wallet with the same cards. The inside right side is meant to hold three cards bottom to top. The bottom most pocket doesn’t have enough depth and so the card sticks up and covers the second card completely. That makes it hard to see and grab that card. Not a huge deal but a slight design flaw. Also, the cash section seems like it needs more depth. The bills kind of stick up, but not to the outside of the wallet, just above the inside lip. You can see it in the picture. I’m not sure this is really a flaw but it’s not what I’m used to. Other than that, it smells like leather and feels like it’s good quality. Overall I’m happy with it. The RFID blocking is very effective if that’s what you want. I’m not crazy about it. I used to be able to hold my wallet up to the door at work and it would beep and let me in. This wallet blocks the signal even if I have the badge in that outside pocket. Works as advertised but make sure you really want that feature. ... show more

I have owned many wallets in my lifetime. This wallet has me torn, let me try to explain why. First off if you carry any kind of cash bills you will have a hard time getting them in and out. The wallets stiff and pocket for cash is very tight. They tried to keep this wallet slim and in doing so made it tough to grab you cash and wallet wants to spread open all the time. I am used to wallets with separate flap for id and this doesn't offer this feature. You are limited on what you can carry and decided to make this my everyday wallet and only put what in what I use daily. So, if I need to bring a certain card to make a bigger purchase, I now have to grab it from safe and stick it in this smaller wallet. Second complaint is cards sit 99.8 percent in the slot leaving nothing exposed to grab to pull out to use. This also makes it bad since now I have to put my important medical card on outside of wallet and that could be risky if outer pocket gets worn out. I do like the small size and the feel of the wallet. Fits great in front pocket or rear pocket. Item came in nice box and inside a pouch. Time will tell how it holds up, but if you're looking for a wallet with lots of space for our cashless world you are limited with this design. Honestly now that I have used the slot on outside of wallet, I am afraid to put anything important there. Just too risky of it coming out or someone just taking the exposed card when you lay your wallet down. Thats just my opinion, I like everything inside the fold. ... show more

My previous trifold wallet was falling apart, so I've been shopping for a replacement. I don't carry as much cash as I used to, so I was open to a slightly smaller design. I also ride public transportation every day, so I was interested in a wallet that would allow me to store my rail pass card on the outside. I was concerned about the quality of this product, given its low price point, but so far it's worked out well. It holds nearly all of the cards, etc. I was carrying in my previous wallet (and the ones that didn't fit were non-essential). My train card lives in the outermost sleeve, and I can confirm that the RFID blocking works well even with small portions of this card exposed, because the subway gates won't recognize it unless I slide it slightly out of the sleeve (using the handy finger notch). This is still far easier and safer than fully removing the card (which is what was doing previously), and it gives me confidence that the credit cards inside the wallet are fully protected. I should note that the leather appears to be genuine, and the stitching seems clean and professional. The wallet won't hold much cash, but if you're mostly using cards and making digital payments that may not be an issue (it isn't for me). We'll see how well it holds up over time, but at this price point it's a no-brainer. ... show more

Wallet comes in a cloth sack in a gift box with the GDTK logo. It is well made and actual leather with several card slots and place to put bills if you still use them. I especially like the card slots on the front which give quick access to your most used cards, and has a small cutout so you can slide the first card up. I have seven cards, drivers license, health cards and several small rewards program cards in it and it still fits nicely in my front pocket. This will be replacing a wallet from a well known shoe manufacturer which is the same size but bulkier. I cannot attest to the RFID protection as I have no way to test it. The carbon black finish is attractive. Overall good value and I expect it to last many years. ... show more

The first thing that struck me when I opened the package was that the wallet comes in a classy gift box. When you open the box, you find the wallet is inside a soft fabric envelope. The wallet is sleek carbon fiber and has 2 card pockets on the outside and 5 more on the inside. One of the inside pockets has a window for a photograph or ID.
