Putting it together was a breeze. It seems to be fairly strong and I loaded it up. The wheelbase is a bit narrow so it does tend to tip forward or backwards. Hang onto it and you can roll it around where you want.

The side and cross poles are not sturdy. Tipped over with a few summer dresses on rack. Twisted Only purchased because it stated could withstand 150#. No way winter coats on this rack. I would return if I didn’t have to take it apart. Just received on 9/29. May still dismantle and return.
