  • My health changed for the better since using this journal
I started my Habit Nest addiction with the Sleep Sidekick journal lol. I can’t count how many journals or courses I’ve tried to help me with my evening routine but I just could never stick to them. Everything finally clicked for me after finding Habit Nest. I had a health issue that I noticed completely changed (for the better) after I started working on my sleep routine. I used to get 5-6 hours of sleep a night but the journal helped me realize the amount that my body personally needed, which was more than what I was getting lol. Habit Nest also teaches how to get the sleep you need. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when I realized how much sleep helped my health. I knew it was good for us, but I didn’t realize it could help with my specific health issue. I like these journals so much that I bought 4 different ones already and I plan to get others soon too. (They would also make a great gift). You don’t have to use them 66 days in a row, but I think it’s a good idea to in order to create new/good habits. If you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up about it, just pick up the journal the next day and keep going.   • Quick, easy and fun to use!
I like that it's a paper journal I can physically hold and see on my desk - it helps me remember my commitments throughout the day. Really easy to follow, and I found myself looking forward to the next day and finding out what the next tip or exercise is. It's not magic; it will not change your life unless you show up every day and stick to it. But it definitely is the most comprehensive guide I have seen, with a lot of scientific data and actual real advice on how to prepare your body and mind for the sleep you need every single night. ... show more

  • My sleep is getting better
The journal it self is nice looking. I've been using it daily and leave the book in a spot that I'm sure to interact with. Many tips are suggested and I keep the ones that work for me. I'm seeing improvement.

I am a habit fanatic and LOVE the journals. I saw so many of the documented tips and research from many books I have read. I started with the sleep journal as many of my other routines as good. I have the morning sidekick and the sleep and evening routine books, and they have literally changed my life. My mornings run so smoothly, I barely have to think about it anymore, and I’m well on my way to making my evenings all about taking care of myself. Both books are life savers for this ADHD brain.
