Folding legs are what make this table amazing. It makes the table far easier to store, and more importantly easier to move around if you want to take it with you in the camper van or the RV and enjoy tea outside on a nice day. Is the main reason I got the table so it could travel around with me easily and it's not taking up space when it's not needed. I also put a nice linseed oil on top of the Birchwood to give it a bit more protection but I'm not sure it was necessary. This is a great choice if you want furniture that's easy to move and store. This is a very beautiful, lightweight table that is easy to fold and go when you need it out of the way. It looks amazing when it's set up and it is completely level when it's out. Legs stay out when it's set up, it's very sturdy, but fold up fairly easily and stay tucked meaning it's easy to store. This is a birch table so it's made of fairly soft wood. It will dent/scratch fairly easily. It's light wood though so it hides it well. Because it's real wood though, you can add an extra layer of protection if you really wanted to (like a polycoat).     • A very nice table
This is a very nice coffee/low table. The wood plateau is made of a very nice grain birch wood. To set it up, you have to pull down the 4 legs. It's a bit tricky as you will have to squeeze the 2 bars composing the leg to let them fold into place. It's even trickier to fold the legs back as I thought it would just slide down but you have to squeeze again otherwise you may damage the corner holding the leg under the table. I stopped in time but one screw was slightly pulled from the wood corner. So as long as you are careful and don't force anything in or out of place, you will have a very very nice table. ... show more

Hey friends! I live in a very small one bedroom apt where my bedroom is also my living room and art studio. Space is premium, so I am very careful about the furniture I purchase for it. It has to have a minimal footprint, be multifunctional or be able to be put away. This table is perfect for me bc it can be tucked away. I love that the legs fold into the table and are secured by a little clamp. Just squeeze them towards the hinge and they fold right up. This allows me to slide it into the space between my wardrobes when I need the floor to be clear. When I’m ready to use it, I pull it out, flip it over, and pull each leg up until it snaps into place. The table can easily be flipped bc it is light weight but amazingly sturdy. It feels like a tank as I’ve leaned and sat on it briefly without issue (I’m 180 lbs). I love how modern and simple this table looks with its light colored wooden top and black pin legs. It matched the aesthetic of my space perfectly. I also love that the legs have rubber so the table doesn’t slide easily. This is absolutely the perfect table for me and I love it. I originally ordered this table to use on our front covered patio, but upon opening the box, I could let myself do that because it’s so well made. It’s a beautiful light wood table top with metal collapsable legs so it stores so easily! The legs fold in easily and the feet even have rubber coverings to protect the floor and to keep it from slipping. The only thing I noticed is that the wood is very soft and can dent easily, but I honestly don’t care cause the dings give it a little character. I plan to use this for game nights if we decide to sit in the living room and not at a dining table, because it’s so spacious. My current table I use as a coffee table is much smaller. I got this for my daughter and her husband because they just moved into a new place and needed a coffee table. While this one is marketed as folding, it serves very well once opened up. The legs are solid metal and are very solid-feeling. The wood is very nice and has a smooth, even feel and look. It could easily cost 2-3 times as much and still be a great deal. When I saw this table, I was so excited! I needed a craft table. I knew the height was lower, think coffee table height, you don’t put a dining chair up to your coffee table to eat. Knowing the height and the birch wood, we were thrilled when it arrived. It was well packed and took less than 2 minutes to open. There is not one flaw to be found! It is perfect! I almost want to use it as a coffee table since I have whitewashed floors, and this table goes well with them. But we have a bigger coffee table. I am going to get a runner or tablecloth to preserve the top so I do not damage it. It is gorgeous! I am very impressed with how well it is packed and how easy it is to open and put away. We even put in on a rug on the outdoor patio to have a low sitting picnic on ottomans. We are very happy with this table! Again, I am so impressed with it!
