I used these to get my cheerleaders (ages 4-13) to workout while having fun. The little kids think it's a game and love when we use them. The older kids make it a game trying to get the least amount possible. And everyone wins because they're exercising!!

Decent workout dice. Would be better if they came with description of each exercise on the dice. We had to Google some of the unknown exercises while many common HITT exercises are left off.

Nice addition to other exercise dice that I have. Gives a nice collection of activities to do. Easy to see and use, good quality if you are not digging into it (foam rubber). Also good for homeschool PE activities.

These are great for classes, as they have several exercises that most people don't like, and they can't blame you for making them do them, when they were the one who rolled the dice. (mountain climbers, burpees)

Got these as a gift for my son. It is nice for low impact exercise options that someone can do at home. My son likes the idea he has a variety of options. His younger brother and sister "join in" and its really suitable for all ages with modification.

It said cunches instead of crunches. Some of the letters were not fully printed on.
