I love these sandals! Let me start by saying I have plantar fasciitis. As a result of this condition I wear custom made orthotics in my shoes, so summertime is a challenge. Any sandal without proper arch support leaves me in excruciating pain after only wearing them a short time. Many years ago I purchased this same sandal (in brown) and they are basically my permanent summer footwear - freeing my feet from their summertime claustrophobia of sneakers. This year I was devastated that I had to "put them to rest". They had done their time and there was no way I could get another season out of them. I searched high and low in local shoe stores and found nothing that compared. I knew it was going to be a dreadful summer. It finally dawned on me to check amazon and was delighted to find the exact sandal! - and that they came in multiple colors/designs!!! Aside from how sporty and cute these are, let's talk practicality: The sole of this shoe is firm and supportive yet provides sufficient cushion for comfortable all-day wear. They have an adjustable strap with a velcro closure so you can really get your foot stabilized in them, keeping the arch of the foot aligned with the built-in support. The ability to achieve this snug fit also eliminates blisters often caused when your foot shifts, making them suitable for long walks and even mild hiking. I don't have a wide foot but I would imagine this sandal would accommodate a fairly wide foot. I have to say that in general I hate thong sandals, but I really cannot feel the material that goes between the toes on these sandals. They are durable (my previous pair lasted several years), they clean easily and even with the suede accents it never posed a problem when they got wet. Highly recommended! ... show more

I have terrible feet and needed something sturdy but comfortable for around the house and quick trips out or to the beach. I bought a pair of these in 2016 and have since bought 4 more in different colors. I wish I could find something in another style a nice so I could vary my shoe choice but I keep coming back to these! The arch support is fantastic and having severe neuropathy I need a solid shoe that isn’t heavy. Love love these ... show more

I love skechers shoes. I needed some sandals so I purchased this item. They are cute and comfortable shoes. The one thing I don’t care for is the attached material which holds your toe in place. To me it seems thin and I don’t know how it will hold up. I bought the off white so they will go with about any outfit. The arch is the best part. These are the most comfortable sandals I have and I have three pair in different colors. They are very comfortable and have great arch support.. I like that they’re machine washable and come out like new. They are made to last a long, long time. Great and sturdy sandal.
