More comfortable than any shoe I’ve ever owned. Easy on and off. I have metal rods in my back, so bending is a real task. These Sketchers make on and off so easy. The price is a pleasant surprise. I have tile throughout most of my house. Walking on the tile hurts my feet so I wanted a soft supporting easy on shoe. These are perfect. I have other slip on sketchers that don’t have the hard piece in the back of the heel so I have to stop and pull the back of the shoe that folds down when putting on. I just want be able to slip them on and go. They’re cushioned, easy on easy off. I wear them no-show socks so even though the shoes are a little loose in the heel ( I have a narrow heel) , they fit perfect with the socks. I’ll probably get another pair because I like them so much. I wear 6 to 6 1/2 and 6 1/2 works better for me and sketchers. ... show more

I ordered a 10 1/2 wide. When I received the shoes, the box said wide fit, not 10 1/2 wide nor did the inside tag say 10 1/2 W. I have a problem with swelling on the top of my left foot due to plantar fascitis, bone spur on top of foot and effects of some medication and also very high insteps. The shoes have a very comfortable insole and the soles are sturdy and supportive. However, the vamp on the shoe the way it is cut is a little too snug especially for my left foot and the material has no give like some of the other Skechers. Im hoping with time I can get the vamp stretched out some. As for the slip ins, yes they are easy to get on and off but I still feel I need to use my hand while guiding my feet into the shoes If I could get the vamps stretched out I would love these, the insole and soles are very comfy. I still question are these truly wides or "wide fit" ? Not sure what this means or if they are really 10 1/2 wides? Anyway, I got them at a good price so I won't feel as bad if they don't stretch out some like I would if I paid the $75 regular price. ... show more

I love these shoes. Easy to slip in, look great and are very comfortable. The arch fit and traction on slippery surfaces are great. I have arthritis in my knees so was looking for a comfortable pair of good looking shoes in black for dressy casual. Wearing with black pants makes for a dressy finished look. With knee issues, having a slip on, sturdy & comfortable shoe is a game changer for me. Size measurement chart fits perfectly, for my feet. The soles are thicker than other Sketchers (Arch support have much thinner soles but more stylish). I need sturdy soles, that hopefully will last a long time. These have a heavy fish scale tread, that should prevent slipping and provide quality support. Impressed enough to buy a second pair, while they were on sale. Solid black, size 8.     • A little clunky and cumbersome on staircases.

They’re definitely step-ins. They definitely have the Skechers brand name on them. But there’s just something clunky and cumbersome about this shoe when I am on staircases. I have to exercise caution while wearing them. Several times I have almost tripped going up and down stairs when I have them on. And, after several of these occurrences, I now consider it more than just a coincidence. It’s as though the shoe is too long for any staircase and my foot consistently gets jammed up when going up or down. However, they ARE super comfortable, and aside from my whole staircase issue, I have no other complaints. ... show more
