I bought these to have a cute pair of walking shoes that went with all my outfits on vacation, and these were it. I went to Japan and walked over 20,000 steps each day for about a week, and my feet were never not comfortable. I normally wear a size 8.5-9; I bought a 8.5 and wore no show socks with them and they fit perfect. I did notice after walking all day, they did seem a little looser at the end of the day. But, I'm assuming that had to do with the amount of walking I was doing and the memory foam. Overall, I would definitely recommend these for a cute pair of walking shoes. ... show more

I have a hard time finding comfortable light weight walking shoes in my size (10 N), but these fit the bill in every way. The price is reasonable and the stability, comfort, and style meets all of my requirements. I walk 6+ miles a days and these shoes have not let me down.

I purchased these in a size 8W. I normally buy an 8 but I noticed in the last year my shoes “rock over” so I thought I needed a wider shoe. The 8W is a bit too lose. The heel slips and there is too much space in the toe box. The shoe is well made, has a nice comfortable supportive sole, and breathable upper in nice color. I love these shoes. I think they'd be an excellent choice for anyone who has to be on their feet all day. I normally wear 7.5-8 depending on the show so ordered 7.5 wide based on info provided and was surprised to find they are much too big for me. I even tried putting cotton balls inside the shoes toes for better fit but because I have a drop foot, the right one still wouldn't stay on. I might have done better with size 7 in this brand. The charcoal color I ordered is a dark grey but I wouldn't call it as dark as I think of charcoal. ... show more

These are perfect walking around shoes. Nothing fancy, but definitely comfortable for all day wear. And they come in size 13, which is really hard to find. I recommend these quite highly!

I ordered these shoes in navy/ white soles in size 7 1/2 my regular size. Great fit. Very comfortable. So much in fact I ordered another pair in black. Can’t beat the price or the Sketchers name.

    • Day-to-day walking: great! Vacation walking around London: terrible!

I bought these for an upcoming trip to London because of the number of positive reviews, and I wore them for about 2 weeks prior to our trip just to make sure they were what I wanted (I'm a school teacher and do a fair bit of walking everyday). They're great! Comfortable, easy to put on and take off, very little slippage, and very light weight. Also, cute!!! I was so excited, I bought two more pairs in other colors. Cue to our very recent trip to London. 7 days of sightseeing, using the tubes to get where we needed. By Day 2, I had a tiny blister on the ball of my foot. Figured it was because of increased walking, but okay. By the end of Day 3, that blister was a bit larger and a new formed on the side of my heel. By Day 4, I had a third blister on my other heel, and I was forced to drain the first blister because I could barely walk. By Day 5, all the blisters were bigger (the one I had drained had developed new ones around it), I was trying to drain the remaining two. By Day 6-7, the pain was near-unbearable. I had been using blister patches for days, but still. Things were made worse with our trip home when one of the patches slipped off and got wedged under my toes and rubbing that area raw. Being in the airport and airplane, there was no real space for me to take off my shoes to air out my feet and blisters. I got home last night, and the drained blisters had crusted over and refilled, one with blood. So while these shoes may be now a decent choice for light daily walking, I cannot recommend them for intense, vigorous walking. ... show more
