I had to return the pair that I had originally purchased and exchanged it for a wide pair. Based on the reviews, I was surprised that I had an issue with the width of the shoes. I normally do not have to purchase wide shoes and didn't think I would need them for this either. I was able to get into the regular width shoe, but it was tight. Definitely not a fit I would want to wear and walk in. Once I received the wide pair, I could appreciate how light and cushiony these shoes are. I purchased them for an upcoming trip and wanted something that I could easily slip in and out of on the plane and when visiting temples. For that purpose, I think these will be great. I haven't had a lot of time to wear these yet. I'm mostly wearing them around the house right now. The only potential issue, I've noticed is that the arch on these shoes is pretty low; that, plus the very plush cushion, has me wondering about what it will be like walking miles in these shoes. What I like about these shoes is that they are machine washable, and that with the insert in give me a nice bounce to my step. Also, they look nice, and are very lightweight. My only issue is that with my slightly higher arch the shoes are very tight at the top of the foot. I am stretching them now in hopes that this issue will abate so that I can wear them comfortability. ... show more

I had ankle surgery back in January (2023), I tried finding me some shoes that was easy to get on and felt comfortable. All I can say is I was overwhelmed by how they felt, there like walking on air, I mean really, the most comfortable shoe that I have ever worn, definitely 5 ⭐'s from me.

I am simple man and enjoy the simple pleasures, Like a comfy shoe. These Sketchers Go Max slip on shoes are it. I wear them with no socks and there's so far not been any rubbing. They look good too. I can wear them with jeans and they look appropriate, like I've made an effort... but still I am wearing shoes with no socks. I will definitely buy more of this style of Sketchers. ... show more

These shoes are like walking on clouds. The look is perfect for almost any occasion - dressed down with shorts and a T-shirt or work casual .. you could probably even wear them with a suit and tie. Well made and they stay looking nice for a long time, even with daily wear. The price is not bad, and while you can find some other lesser known brands with a similar look at a lower price, you can’t go wrong with Sketchers quality. I own 3 pair in 3 different colors and they’ve become a staple of my wardrobe. I like that you can get them in half sizes and wide width. An all around great shoe! ... show more

I'm a old man in a wheelchair. When I read about this shoe it sounded like this would work for me and I was right. This might be the most comfortable shoe I ever bought. It doesn't bind my foot in any area. It lets my foot slip in without the use of a shoe horn. It came with a heavy duty cardboard shoe tree for each shoe which I use every night.
