Sitka designed the Stratus with GORE WINDSTOPPER to create a fully-featured, totally windproof pant that is optimized for these exact conditions. They utilized micro-grid fleece for its warmth-to-weight ratio and gave the pant an articulated patterning to provide a comfortable fit when in a seated position allowing your legs total range of motion.
