Molds to your teeth so easily a perfect fit. I can talk and it stays in place lightweight. I can barely tell its in. You can breath super easy with this thing. I have taken some hard hits in football and dont feel it in my jaw like with my old mouthguards. If you have ivisaline i would recomend putting that in then molding just as another layer of protection. Bit tough to mold but thats ok. Dont leave it in a hot area such as your car because it will melt ... show more
