I am 5’4” at 140lbs and usually buy a medium in leggings. So I bought the large as suggested on the “tag” conversion written in the description that the large would fit like US medium. They fit ok for the first few hours then began to stretch out in the legs as the day went along. The fabric is nice and thick, the pattern super cute. That’s why I gave it 4 stars. Like previously mentioned reviews, these are slick, bathing suit material like leggings. They are definitely opaque when on, so keep that in mind for your shirt choice. It was freezing cold on Halloween this year (2020) and luckily I sized up in anticipation for it being chilly. I put a regular pair of cotton leggings underneath these and I was warm enough. I will say I normally would wear a size medium and had I not of put leggings on underneath they would have been saggy looking (and FREEZING). I loved them for what they were, and will keep them for next year too! ... show more
