    • PSX Xploder cartridge will work with cable on a modern PC
I wasn't sure this cable would work for me running an old software called Xlink from the Windows 95 to 98 era and hooking it up to an PSX Xploder cartridge on my PSX to my PC. I can say, it certainly works perfectly and I'm able to get LPT to read as 378 which is the protocol i was needing. If you don't have a parallel port on the back of your pc, make sure you look on the motherboard itself. Sometimes, the board has an LPT and a COM port on it.
