Spent $3,000+ , now wm3 obsolete for lack of replacement cable on the nss9 evo2 and wm3 Sirius weather equipment and it is now no longer usable for the lack of their trip splitter cable, as current cable damaged. Spent hours on the phone with tech support, Jay tried to help, case escalated only to be told I need to replace my whole system for wm4 equipment according to Supervisor! This is a life safety issue as I deliver products to marinas throughout the Bahamas. Supervisor Response, buy new package to get wm4 weather radar. As a former Product Manager how do you not support replacement parts? Poor excuse for support of your products, will broadcast across social media and my marina accounts.
