This is a cute tutu, fluffed out it was long enough to cover my butt sitting on my waist. BUT it smelled BAD right out of the package, I hand washed it with dish soap and water and hung it to dry which mostly got rid of the smell, but it did still linger.

I am an 18W and I wore this. It is VERY short! This tutu does not cover your tutu. Be aware when considering this as an option. It worked for what I needed but if you will not have clothes on under you need to find something else.
