I love how easy this air mattress is to use. I especially like that the bag unfolds exactly where the bed size/space the bed will need so I won't have to guess if I have enough room to fit. The bed is so much more comfortable than the typical air mattress and it doesn't bounce the other person around. I love that the people are off the ground when sleeping too. I love that there is even space in the bag to store an extra set of sheets and a couple pillows. I gave five stars for durability, but I really don't truthfully know how long that will be, so I will come back and edit update how long my mattress lasts. so far, its been used 6 times. :-D The only thing I wish this blow up bed had is a short head board, so the pillows would stay on it. ... show more

First of all it felt good to not have to bend over to unfold an air mattress to inflate it. I did have a hard time getting the box into my house by myself but I made it. It’s a little difficult to move around swiftly due to the weight But the goods outweigh that. It doesn’t take long to inflate at all and it’s actually cool to watch. It’s just as high as a regular bed which is a great feature and it is OK as it relates to comfort. It’s not uncomfortable. I really don’t have anything bad to say. Fingers crossed. It seems to be holding up well. A few times I did hear a funny noise like it was a seam or something but I can’t seem to find anything just yet. I will keep checking on it and provide an update if you need it. I’ve only had it a few days so we shall see. I do think it should be a little less expensive though. *****UPDATE: What I thought was a minor leak is actually a major leak. It is totally collapsed on the side attempting to get up and when laying down I am practically laying on the posts underneath. I hurt myself trying to get off the collapsed mattress. At least with a standard air mattress you only risk being on the floor and not jabbed by posts/framing. I even started to hear the air coming out but I don’t know where it was. I’ve only had this for six days. I thought this was a good idea being disabled should be able to bypass bending down and unwrapping the traditional air mattress and having to fold it up etc. However this air mattress was triple the cost and didn’t even last me a week . I don’t have the help that I had to get this into my vehicle so now I may have to lug this heavy item in order to return it. ***** The company didn’t even call me directly. They texted only and then responded to my email after I emailed twice and texted my email. They didn’t even offer a replacement. Referred me back to Amazon whom didn’t offer a replacement. This bed is wonderful. It is just as described in the description and videos - super easy to move around in a zipped up case with wheels and a handle. Inflating it is a breeze - it is true that you simply unzip the case, plug it in and turn the knob...it does the rest all on it's own. Very comfortable - it is still an inflatable bed, but a very comfortable one for what it is and is super convenient that is is up off the floor - much easier to get in and out of. ... show more

A non repairable hole in this mattress has kept me from recommending it. We slept on it for 3 days and it was fine. On day 4 it deflated. I discovered a tear near a “connector”. Because of its location, I cannot repair it with a patch. I emailed the company and attached photos and received no response. The weight we put on it did not exceed 350 pounds. It is a very good design and the thickness of the material seems good, but the tear makes it all worthless. I do not recommend. UPDATE: I was contacted by the company and yesterday I received a new bed in the mail. I am pleased with their response and their standing by their product. So I just used this for the first time this weekend. My grandkids came and slept on it and they had no complaints. They are 8 and 6. They said they slept good every night. Setup was so easy and quick. The bed sleeps good, and hold air well. Since it's raised, it's easy to get onto & off of. Deflating was easy except that it didn't compress all the way down so it took some extra effort to get it zipped up all the way up. Highly recommend over normal for models.

UPDATE: After seeing my review, Simpli Comfy reached out and offered a replacement. That bed arrived, but had a hole in it when it arrived. Simpli Comfoy immediately offered a replacement or a full refund. I opted for another bed, as it IS comfortable when fully intact. The new bed arrived within a couple days, and I slept on it last night. It remained inflated, and is a comfortable bed (my advice--put an egg crate cushion and a mattress cover on it as it gets chilly otherwise). Hopefully, third time's the charm! LET ME SAY THIS ABOUT THE COMPANY: INTEGRITY speaks volumes! The company reached out to me and offered to make things good. Both replacement beds arrived very quickly. The company strived to make things right. These days, that is rare--and says a great deal about the integrity and decency of this company. THANK YOU! Bought to use for a few months in an efficiency while waiting for new home. Was great 2 weeks. Then, it got a tear at a seam underneath. See pix. Used the patch that came with the bed, did no good. Bought larger patch. Did no good. Even tried super glue around patch edges. Nothing will seal the seam failure. Bed is useless. Very disappointed as bed was nice until it leaked. ... show more
