My 1st grader likes it, my only issue is the open hole when it's closed. If something crawls in there, she will suck it right up the next time she goes for a sip. I know the chances are slim, but I really wish there was a way to cover or close that hole. Also, it will leak a drop or 2 from that hole sometimes when closed. I love this water bottle. It’s made well. The print is pretty and doesn’t come off or gets scratched easily. My daughter dropped it on the tile kitchen floor and nothing happened to it. I love the fact that the handle is part of the lid instead of being attached by a hinge. Hinges breaking were always an issue for us with water bottles before. This kind of handle makes it easier to carry too. You don’t have to “look” for the handle when needing to grab it quickly. The spout is easy to open for my 5 yr old. It doesn’t sweat when filled with ice water. My kindergartener finishes her 18oz bottle by the end of her school time.
