It’s Very Firm, But Not Hard

I’ve been using this king size mattress for a week. Switched from a pillow top spring to this foam. It took about 5 days for the smell to evaporate. Great product/Poor delivery

This mattress is perfect for our needs and is just as described, however, the carrier used for shipping was the USPS. We received a notice stating it was not deliverable because the mailbox was full. (It was completely empty- I would have liked to have seen them trying to fit a mattress in a mailbox)
I ended up making two trips to the post office to pick it up. It would have been much easier to have bought it local.

Affordable and does the job.

It's on the softer side. But I like that. It didn't "fluff up" to a full shapely rectangle. The corners are not shaped "pretty" but I don't really care about those details. I get a good night sleep on this. I am a side sleeper. I have it on a metal bed frame. I put the very same cardboard the mattres
s came in between the frame and my mattress to protect the mattress from frame dents.

Very comfortable, was easy to unpackage and it fill out completely. I would recommend it.

Not as thick as described and smell

The mattress did not expand to 8". It hardly expanded to 6.5" after one week and there is a foul smell that still lingers today, three weeks later. I contacted the manufacturer after a week to ask if it would expand any further and if the smell would dissipate. They said the smell would dissipate aft
er a few days more and that if there was no further expansion to contact Amazon. Contacted Amazon. Was told to wait some more or return the mattress. There is no way to return this item in it's original packaging and when I mentioned that the representative told me to cover it in plastic and take it to UPS. I have no way of doing this. Weeks later the mattress has not expanded further but the real problem is the continued foul odor.

Comfortable but not a 8 inch Mattress

I do think this mattress is super comfortable but after a week it’s barely 6.5 inches and looks way too small on our bed so I will be returning. Really wish it was 8 inches as described because it is very comfy.

After one week, I am giving this mattress away. Have you ever tried to RETURN a mattress? More expensive than what it is worth! If you don't want a soft, squishy mattress, don't buy this one!

The media could not be loaded. This is not an 8” mattress, it measures at 6” after allowed to sit for 8 hours. Our previous mattress was 12” and a little high so we wanted to get a little lower one but not 6” lower.
