It is a $16 caliper that acts as a $16 caliper. It slides as a $16 (not so smooth), its accuracy is as $16 (need to ZERO button every time you use it). Never compared to a Mitutoyo tool. So, for $16, it is worth the price.

I've had this stainless caliper since the end of March and I'm genuinely impressed with it. It's measures dependably and for the money, you can't beat it. I also like that it comes with a handy case, a tiny screwdriver, and extra batteries. Take care when swapping out the battery as it's easy to lose track of the teeny tiny screws that keep the battery cover on. I haven't been paid to review this. Before I had one of these I nver realized how often I would use it. It was original; purchsed for car modeling butg I use for some many other thngs. What size is that bold, or nut. Wire gauge....I am forgetting other uses. converting mm to inches and visa-versa!!!
