I saw this necklace and just loved it. It looks so gorgeous in the listing and it was very similar to another necklace I got recently. This one has two heart shapes joined together. One of the hearts has diamonds around the entire outline, cubic zirconia, to be exact. They are manufactured and cut very nicely and are brilliant and very nice. In the center of the two heart shapes is a birthstone. When purchasing this item, you get to choose the birthstone. They are beautiful.
