Basically a large sticker tile, which makes it awesome. It's closed cell foam, thus great insulation for temperatures and noise. It is just a finish, not a real aluminum foil but more like a thin sprayed on paint. For best result, use on top of a noise decoupler like Dynamat/Kilmat/Amazons Basic. Both of these have properties that have worked well in my old vehicle that did not have anything in the roof, rear quarters, doors and floor. Or was very minimal. Picture is the cargo are for example, showing it bedlined with Kilmat, with some Siless closed cell foam insulation, topped with a 10mm foam rubber mat to protect it. ... show more

Crazy sticky and easy to mold to curves/edges. This isn't that dense heavy weight rubberized mat, this is foam backed with that heat reflective material. Seems to work as intended, but I wouldn't say it dampens sound. This roll is massive and will cover a bunch of surface area. Cuts easy.

I would say that this is a great investment if you’re having issues keeping your car, truck, or work vehicle! We put Siless in our work van and it makes a huge difference. I’ve also utilized similar products in aircraft and the noise reduction is also huge!

First time using an actual sound deadener product. I am currently in the process of applying. I like how easy it is to cut with scissor or a box cutter type knife. It will stick to your fingers but not so bad that I have had issues applying. My concern is how thin and lite the material appears. I will have to report back if it really helps reduce cabin noise. You really do not need a roller to apply I bought one but hardly used it. ... show more
