I had to return them because they’re very stiff. Returned them because they were similar to wearing downhill ski boots and are difficult to walk in. There is something like a stiff plastic in the sides. They seem to be well made, warm and probably very waterproof. Other reviewers are correct. These boots run small. Very small. I normally wear men's size 7 boots, and that gives me plenty of space PLUS a lot of additional wiggle room. I listened to other reviewers and bought this boot in a size 8. The size 8 is still a lot smaller than my old size 7 boots. I'm guessing 8.5 would be comparable to my size 7 boots. In tennis shoes, i wear women's 8.5, so i'm guessing these boots are actually women's boots (or maybe unisex but the sizing is definitely women's shoe sizing, not men's). As far as comfort and warmth, they are warm(too warm actually, and i'm someone who never says anything is "too warm" b/c i run cold) but not comfortable *at all* for anyone who has slightly wide feet or more than slightly wide feet. The size 8 is long enough for my foot but it smashes all my toes together so that i can't even wear these boots for more than a few minutes without my toes feeling super sore. I might even keep wearing my old boots over these new ones (old ones are super warm and comfy but no longer waterproof) EDIT: The seller (Close range) reached out to me immediately to make things right here, so even though the boots did not work out for me, I am certainly open to trying SHULOOK from Close Range again. ... show more

This is a good boot. Comfortable, tough, waterproof, great grip action, good looking, lightweight, and at a very reasonable price. If you want to buy a good boot with these features, this is the one to buy. Recommend that you buy 1/2 size larger than your actual size.
