I'd bought one of these on ebay only to find that the threads didn't fit my van. So, I thought I'd try this one. It's basically the same set. I have a 2017 dodge grand caravan and none of the thread options provided fit. Maybe it only fits the rear mounted style, I don't know. I ordered this antenna to replace the original one on my 2013 mini Cooper convertible. The rubber on the original antenna had cracked and was beginning to break off. This universal fit antenna seems like a good bet for its replacement. And seems very well-made to me. With nicely finished aluminum, and a real carbon fiber barrel. I assumed that at this price, it would be fake carbon fiber. But that’s not the case. I unscrewed the components and took a look at the barrel, and it’s real! I couldn’t tell any difference between the original antenna and this replacement in terms of reception. I am knocking off one star, however, because the included 6mm installation bolt was too long to fit my car. In the end, I managed to get one of the other bolts to work, but it took a little finagling. It appears to be secure, at least for now. Fingers crossed it stays that way. If I have any issues, I’ll be sure to update this review. ... show more
