  • Great to keep our cat out
We bought this to keep our cat out, and it does the job. It was super easy to install as well!

If you're looking to protect your Snoo and baby from your cats - this is the perfect product!

  • Fits perfectly and works great
We had a minor mosquito problem in our house shortly after our daughter was born, and we worried that those little bloodsuckers would go after our delicious, tender baby girl. The SNOO mosquito cover is easy to install and works perfectly as a breathable net over the bassinet. It also seems to block a bit of light, which helped our daughter sleep better. The bottom edge of the cover is fitted with a soft, weighted ring that holds the net in place. We haven't had any issues with the cover getting tangled, because the weighted edge provides enough structure to maintain a good fit around the bassinet. This is a great addition to your SNOO if you live in an area with mosquitos! ... show more

  • Keeps insane cats out of the Snoo
Do you, too, have cats of questionable sanity who obsessively try to get into any space you've told them is off limits? Are you terrified they are going to jump on your baby in her sleep? While I struggle to recommend a tiny piece of netting that has this price tag, it has miraculously kept our cat from jumping in the Snoo for a full month. Which is a big deal, since we couldn't get him to stop nesting in it before our kiddo showed up, and whenever we remove it he jumps back in. Yes, it is highway robbery for it to cost this much. And yes, I would reluctantly pay it again as tithing to the gods of the baby industrial complex, for the peace of mind and sleep it has granted. ... show more

  • Not a great cat repellant, a bit confusing out of the box
Honestly, it really does look like it does in the photos here. The box itself that it came in was quite large. My husband geniusly (sarcasm) started trying to assemble it right out of the box without reading the instructions. Do not do this. Do not unpackage it without reading the instructions. This threatened our marriage as we got the netting entirely twisted. Honestly you can't even read the instructions because they're like the Ikea instructions - pictoral only. We got this not for mosquitos, but because we read that it can also keep cats out. I don't even think my cats are that smart and they figured it out in under 12 hours. Not only do they jump directly on top of the netting, but they can also fit their faces in the gap and get entirely under it. Its holding up relatively well to the claws, and to the netting's credit, it didn't collapse under the weight of the cat, but I'm pretty disappointed regardless. I also don't care for the fact that the netting itself swivles - the top of it isn't nicely fixed and lifting up the netting you have to awkwardly hang it up on itself and its just a bit clunky. I'd hoped there would be a seam to reach through to the baby, but lifting the whole thing up and hooking it onto a mobile swivling thing is just weird. Hoping my cats can be trained to stay out of the Snoo so we can stop dealing with this thing. ... show more
