I was fitted on Friday, and bra sizes are NOT exact or consistent between styles and brands. There are major differences in size between styles. I measured at a 38L in US sizes. However, once we tried on multiple bras in multiple brands, I ended up coming home with two UK 38GG bras. One was an everyday bra, and the other was a sports bra. So, when looking at this bra online I took a risk and ordered 38GG UK sizing. This bra fits well for a sports bra. My ladies are not bouncing or jiggling while I jump and jog. But it doesn't fit well for a fashion bra. The ladies are not separated. They are constricted. But that's what I want in a sports bra. They are not smashed or painful by any means. But it's like a control piece that fits well- everything is snug and secure. I ordered "my size" in a bra like this six or so months ago and I couldn't get it on easily, and my breasts were painfully constricted. There was fold over and it was NOT going to work. That being said, I ordered this bra and it will definitely work. Good fit for working out with 38GG/38J breasts. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Finally found a great bra!!! After trying 5 Brands
This bra took three orders to get the right size right but I finally got it right. I also tried the Enell Sports bra, Glamorise No Bounce in 2 sizes, New Balance The Shockingly Unshocking Bra, and the Moving Comfort Women's Fiona Bra. This bra is great because the straps are adjustable and wide and padded, all three are a bonus in my book. The back has 3 hooks with 3 adjustable positions, also good. The front cups are well constructed and each breast is supported without the uni-boob look. Others have commented on the Jane Russell thing but I haven't really found that to be an issue. There is a bit of compression going on. I can jog comfortably in this bra. I am not a long distance runner. Anyway, I think it's easier to jog with compression. For sizing, this is tricky. I wear a 34DDD and eventually settled in a 34E. So these run a tad small. The fabric is a bit stiff in the beginning but I wash the bra in the washer in a lingerie bag in delicate cycle with other clothes and air dry and it's really pretty sturdy. I would buy a second one but the darn things are expensive!!! I have found myself wearing it around the house hours after a workout. I hope this helps... ... show more

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars Still searching for the right size . . .
My first order was for the 30G, which is my normal Freya and Fantasie bra size. Wow. I measured it to be sure I wasn't crazy; the darn thing was 20 inches, though due to stretch I was only a few inches short of actually hooking it. Also, there was an unbecoming amount of tissue spillage. Ugh. Return. My second order made sense too, I went for the 32G. It could hook. But it turned the tissue into a slab of compressed tissue and didn't actually do anything to support the ladies. Double ugh. If I wanted a squished uni-boob I could just double or triple up with cheap ones and save some serious dough. Return Prior to my next order (I am a determined chit aren't I?) I looked more carefully at the sizing. 30A 30B 30C 30D 30E . . . wait what? No 30 DD? No 30DDD? No wonder things just weren't fitting. According to this I'd be about an L if I were to get a 30 band. Grrr. I hate bra sizings. After a little figuring I've ordered a 34H which may fit, but left me wishing my local specialty bra shop actually had these so I could just try on a few and pay a premium in money instead of time. It's what I'd suggest as it does look like this bra may actually be useful. I'll update my review as my quest continues. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad
So when I saw this, I thought it would be nice to have a sports bra around. I would use it for exercise, the random tumble with my siblings, etc. I have used sports bras before (which were a complete joke, I might add) when I was a lot smaller. I'm a 38H, and I couldn't find good, supportive sports bras when I was a DD and in athletic clubs. I took a look online to see if there was anything that could be supportive, and I found this bra. I can't remember how a sports bra is supposed to fit, but I think it fits very well for what it is worth. There is some bounce, but it is nothing compared to what it usually could be, which is actually pretty awesome. The straps don't cut into my shoulders, which is great. They do cut in a little in my sides, but it isn't that terribly noticeable once I had gotten used to it. For what I paid for it, and for what it is, I think it is definitely worth the price that it was. It is comfortable and supportive. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Band too Small-Like it Anyway
I ordered a 32GG. I received a 32GG. This does not fit like a 32. The cups fit fine, but the band is super tight. Maybe with wear it will stretch out and become more comfortable but at the moment it is unbearably tight. Like, I struggle to breathe once I start jogging because it won't allow my lungs to fully expand. In order to wear this I use a bra extension. Once the extension is on and the band actually allows me to breathe this does a fantastic job at keeping the girls from moving. I got this in white and it is not completely opaque. I can vaguely see my nipples through this. Its not sheer. I can't see every little detail, but I have to wear a shirt with this if I go out of the house for my exercise. I can't just wear this on its own. All in all, I like the bra, but buyers be weary; It runs small. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic sports bra for high impact activities
I think this is by far one of the best bras out there for women with larger chests who participate in high impact activities. I am a 34G and this bra was true to size (I bought the 34I as specified by the sizing chart for someon who wears a 34G in regular bras). Yes, it's tight, but it needs to be to keep everything in place. I tried this bra after using Enell for years. Enell bras are comfortable as well, but they don't work well with many tank tops, and they are more expensive. When I first got this bra was a little worried about chafing under the arms, but a couple miles into my run I couldn't feel any sort of chafing. I was so happy that I ordered a second bra right away. I don't know how this will perform with my long runs, but I know it works great for a shorter runs and when I play racquetball. It's not the most glamourous sports bra out there, but i think it works much better with a larger variety of tops than Enell (although I still think Enell bras are great as well). ... show more
