When I first got a bike with disk breaks I didn't have any issues with them. The bike came with backup, replacement pads and those worked great as well. After I decided to buy the cheaper pads and not only did they not have stopping power, but we're very loud, worse when wet. The pads seem fine. The listing said there were two springs, but there were none. There were five cotter pins, but they were about 2mm too short. It makes me wonder if these are genuine Shimano parts. UPDATE - I texted the supplier and they assured me the products are genuine Shimano that they buy in bulk and repackage. They gave me a partial refund for the missing springs. I have installed two of the pads on my electric bike and they are working fine. Quick and easy install. Had the wheels and pads off/on in about 5 minutes and NO MORE NOISE on our Rip Racer. Not sure on longevity but so far so good.

The rear brakes on my fat tire ebike Squeaked all the time since I have had it. Tried many different brake pads. They all squeaked. These pads have been on my bike for 200 miles now. Have not squeaked once. Very happy with these pads. Can't go wrong.
