I like the way this product makes the skin feel nice and smooth after a good shave. A slight sting, but then it dissipates. I rub it on and have only noticed that it is sticky if you don't rub it all the way in like a lotion. If you don't rub it in, then it does feel sticky instead of smooth. I use it on my groin and face areas right after showering, shaving, and then drying off. It's not too strong of a feminine smell at all. No one has said anything to me about the smell, my wife included. She did appreciate how smooth everything felt afterwards though. I have this on subscribe and save now since it is cheaper. I ordered two of the 5.3 oz and this month, received two of the shaving gel instead of this. Since they won't let you return, even if unopened, I can keep those two. I tried, at first, to just have a single one replaced and received a third shaving gel. I went into chat with a live person and they refunded me for the two orders, and said to keep the three shaving gels. I'll try the gels because I was thinking about it anyway, but $24 each is expensive for that. Now I have three of them. I need to order the after-shave but like another review mentioned, I am not sure I won't receive the wrong item. Something is messed up at the warehouse with product IDs or locations I bet. Anyhow, IF you can get this, it's a great product and has helped me reduce the amount of ingrown hairs as well as that "strawberry patch" of skin. ... show more

This is my favorite thing to put on after shaving! I tend to get ingrown hairs and I can say this product truly helps prevent that. It’s very rare I get any irritation or ingrown hairs after shaving if I put this on. It’s on the spendy side so I tried some other products the last time I ran out, but nothing else compares. I’m not sure why it says for women, but I’m a man and don’t feel the scent is at all feminine.. it’s pretty gender neutral. I definitely won’t go without anymore. ... show more
