The fabric is durable and looks like it will last a few seasons. There are many tie down points when attached to the fencing. What I did not notice was it did not come with any support fencing. You must already have the fencing installed and the privacy screen is attached. When looking at the ads and all the pictures attached, it appeared that some type of fencing would come with it. This is VERY SHEER and not 90% shades at all. I bought for my apartment balcony so my dog could not see other dogs, now I have to return and buy something else.

This privacy screen is perfect for porch railing! It fits our balcony perfect and looks great- the brown is actually brown and black woven together which gives it a more natural/less tarpy look. I’ve tried another brand of privacy fence but it looked too industrial for my taste- this one is way nicer and more decorative. Our house is up on a hill which gives a good portion of our neighborhood a look into our backyard and patio. I don’t want to put up a huge barrier and the trees we’ve planted have a few years before they can be of any use so this has been great for providing a little subtle privacy. ... show more

We recently installed some portable three foot tall fencing that we purchased on Amazon to keep our dogs away from the fence that separates our yard from the neighbors, and their dog with whom our dogs fight. We wanted to further eliminate contact betyween the warring factions and this product was a godsend. It installed easily with the included zip ties to the fencing and was just the right height, and length for our application. Not much to say about this. It's a privacy liner for fences to basically turn your chain link fence into a privacy fence. It's a pretty standard item and this is on par with what you can get at a lowes or home depot. It is made out of woven plastic which does have a soft cloth like feel to it.
