It may be hard to see it the pic, but the hangers on the right in the pic are from Walmart. The amazon ones are thinner. I get tired of amazon products coming that just cut the smallest corners to save a penny. I wish I’d have gone to Walmart. These are identical hanger types, but you will notice the quality difference immediately. There ok, but I just trust amazon products a little less over time. A typical hanger. I like that it has the 2 hooks so the clothes don't slip off. That said, it's not as "slip proof" as rubber but you'll be paying a higher premium for the rubber hangers anyways. the hangers are not made from thick plastic so I have my doubts on durability for heavy objects. If you're just hanging clothes I think you'll be fine. Keep in mind 20 may seem like a lot, but you might be surprised how quickly they're used up :( I might need to buy some more. ... show more

I do not understand for the life of me why these hangers have such amazing reviews. I usually buy my plastic hangers from Target, which are $2.00 for a pack of 18. Unfortunately, my anxious dog got into my closet and took down my clothes (and broke hangers in the process.) With these, I was expecting sturdier hangers (i.e. more heavy duty) given the price, but was incredibly disappointed like other reviewers. These are thin, cheaply constructed, and will likely break with overtime with use (and will not survive my 15lb dog, for sure.) If you need good hangers and can't make it into a store, at least order a pack from Amazon Basics (which are a great value from my personal experience). Don't waste your money on these. ... show more

Spring and Fall are closet cleaning/purging time for me. Unlike wire hangers that seem to multiply in a tangled mess, my plastic hangers seem to disappear. These Sharpty hangers are very satisfactory replacements. For my purposes, they are best for lightweight items like shirts, T-shirts, table cloths, etc. For heavy or bulky items like Winter coats and ski pants, heavy duty plastic hangers would be better. Upon ordering these Sharpty White Plastic Hangers, I had some fear that they would not match with the product description. I found myself questioning the accuracy of the product description --Could they actually be four feet by six feet? Could they be made of frozen water? Could they implode? Moreover, because my previous hangers were purchased from Target and Ikea, and these "new hangers" would be purchased from Amazon, I had some concern they may not match the other hangers. Despite my concern, I lost little sleep over the matter and it did not fill my days with much worry, only occasional bouts of reflection and anticipation. When the product arrived, the product arrived as hangers and even as described. The hangers are nearly indistinguishable from my other hangers, see photo. Regarding the Sharpty white plastic hangers. My first impression was not good because the hangers were so light and thinner then others I've used. Now that I'm using them they are just as strong probably due to the design. They are good quality. The only drawback is the plastic pieces on the corners, it cuts down on the hanger space so mens long pants does not have enough room for the width of the pant leg. I have to say I'm very impressed with the company, it actually cares about their customers and wants to know how their product can be improved. A very rare quality. ... show more

I wrote a review for Amazon and Sharpty Plastic wanted me to do one. These hangers were everything I hoped for. I was buying the plastic hangers with the hooks for tank tops or summer tops with string straps. A couple days later I would find them on the floor. But not these, the tops stay on the hangers. These hangers had a decent price they don't seem to be real sturdy I had an old set that looked like these and felt like these which broke pretty quickly but so far these are holding up and I just put my clothes on them you know from tops to jeans you know regular pants dresses and so far they're holding up pretty good so I'm happy with them if that changes I'll definitely let you know ... show more
