I know this is listed as a "Hunting Range Bag," but for me it's my new range add-on bag. It fills a need that I've had for a while now. As a firearms instructor, I've had this need for something to keep with me during range time, but that doesn't interfere with my ability to teach and demonstrate techniques. This bag works perfectly. It has ample room to carry the things I want close to me. Still, it doesn't inhibit the ability to manipulate my firearm during advanced drills - drawing from the holster, reloading, opposite-hand manipulation, movement, etc. It works equally well during my personal range time. The load out is the same regardless of whether it's a class or personal range time. I have my first aid equipment in the large main pocket, consisting of a trauma pack (quickclot, compression bandage, wound packing material, etc.), tourniquet, as well a smaller kit of band-aids, antibiotic cream, etc.). It Allows me to treat anything from the worse case (gunshot) to more minor cases of "slide bite" and "magazine thumb." In the smaller front pockets, I have a whole box of extra pistol cartridges in the center pocket. I have a mag loader and extra mags in one of the side pockets and dummy rounds in the other side pocket (for FTF drills). For classes, I have a class roster, outline, list of drills, etc., in the smaller back pocket, I can clip the whole thing on underneath my holster and magazine holders, and it's always with me but never in the way. I'm immediately ready for any emergency regardless of where I am on the range (I run a hot range line, moving the students up and down the range for different drills, which means I can be quite a ways from the front of the range at any given time). Another reviewer mentioned he could not get it buckled as it wouldn't adjust for his size (he's 6'3" and 350 lbs.). I had no problems, but I'm only 5'8" and 150 lbs. I love how much stuff this pack holds! Its held up well for fishing tackle, and airsoft/paintball use. The material is rugged enough for regular use outdoors and the fasteners all hold things in great!

I really like how you can easily adjust this hunting waist bag to fit even the smallest waist. My husband and I have purchased several of these bags in the past for our son, but none would fit his slim waist. He is very tall and slim.
