I needed the dress for an occasion coming up in a few weeks, given the fact the seller is in Shanghai and I am in San Francisco, CA, I was concerned. The seller was quick to respond to all my questions and gave me instructions on how to pay for expedited shipping. They even triple check with me on my measurements to make sure large fits (after I ordered). I got it a lot faster than I expected (ordered July 14, got it July 20)! I am 135 lbs, 5' 7", with measurements slightly under Large sizes. My hips are larger but with the A-line dress, I risked it. The large is a bit loose but still a good fit. Thin fabric, good for summer time, The lace top is not connected to the under layer. The buttons in front don't work. Because of my large hip, I have to wear it from top down haha ... show more

This is an amazing gown. As a Hong Konger, I'd have never thought I could get a good quality gown from Amazon. I so have very high standard when it comes to Chinese traditional apparels. However, this gown fits perfectly on my wife and made with good materials. On top of that, great customer service. The seller contacted me to confirm the size since their size guide is different from Amazon. If you're not sure, like me, they will give suggestions and guide you through it. I was a little nervous ordering this dress. My measurements weren’t adding up well. Amazon suggested a large and it fits perfect. It is definitely snug at the top. If I went a size up it might be a little too big. If you are large chested size up higher. The arm sleeves are nice and stretch a bit. I find that sometimes the arm holes go too up in my armpit on some dresses. That wasn’t an issue for this! I’m 5’6 about 140 pounds. I usually wear a size 6-8 dress. M/L women’s shirts. Size 7 jeans. My bust is a B cup if that. Not an athletic build. Pretty proportionate I think. ... show more

I bought it because of great reviews from other ladies and I use their measurements to get mine at Medium. However, when I received it I know it wouldn’t fit me because it’s way too big and long. The material seems nice though and the color is bright red. Return

Gorgeous dress. Fabulous color and material. I clicked Fit as Expected because I went two sizes up. I’m US 8 and I ordered Chinese 3XL. It’s slightly roomy which I prefer to too tight. 2XL might have worked too. I’m keeping this one.

I am very happy with this dress. Be aware that it does run small. I read some reviews and decided on a large. I usually wear an xs or small. The large fit me perfectly. This dress is very pretty. It had one detail in the stitching but nothing major. It comes directly from a vendor in China so it takes a while to arrive. But the material is soft and delicate and have a beautiful cut. I got it as a present for grandma. She looked beautiful. I picked 3XL which is like a 8-10 US size.
