I saw reviews of people bashing the company for the petal coming undone and ashes falling out, I haven't had that issue at all. I tightened the rose petal on with pliers to ensure it was tight, just like I do with all my piercing jewelry, and it has yet to unscrew. Don't wear it in the shower, don't wear it at night, this is not a 24/7 necklace. This is a memory to have on you when you need it.
