It comes with a black remote control that looks sturdy and a rechargeable battery that you can easily plug on wall socket. We took it for a test both on the grass and hard surface. Our five year old used his birthday money to buy this two days ago and he’s already lost interest because of the battery life and time it takes to recharge. It’s also extremely inconvenient to charge because you have to unscrew the battery compartment and remove the battery to charge it. They need to revise the design to slow you to plug directly into the car, especially if it’s not going to allow a longer playing time. Complete waste of money. ... show more

    • Can't get it to work!

I bought this for my son's birthday and he opened it yesterday and it doesn't work. All the batteries are fully charged and properly installed and all we can get it to do is the remote light flashes when we turn it on. The vehicle itself has no led light to indicate anything but we have the switch in the on position and NOTHING. He's pretty disappointed as are we. I just read a review where someone else had the same issue and customer service told them that when the remote light is flashing that means it isn't connecting to the vehicle, but they didn't mention a solution so I guess if they don't respond to this comment then I'll be returning it. ... show more

This is one of the good car toy to play inside home with moderate speed and good control. The stunt car can move in all directions and can also flip on both sides using it’s controller. The car wheels are made with soft tires and the body has strong plastic which handles all kinds of collisions without damaging the toy. The car toy has decent initial speed so it will be good for kids of age 4 to 5 years old. The Racing Car toy is equipped with a 4.8V 700 mAh NI-MH battery that lasts for 15 minutes with charging for 3 hours which is bit disappointing. The biggest design flaw is: every time you need to remove the battery cover first and then the batteries from the car to charge. So, you should have proper screwdriver to recharge the batteries, which is very frustrating. ... show more

Just got this today so my boyfriend's grandkids have toys to play with when they come to visit. Of course he had to test it out and has been playing with this for over 2 hours! Lol. It hasn't gotten stuck or hung up on anything yet like a lot of other rc cars do! Under $30 is a great value, this is well made and the best part is it actually came woth batteries!! So nice to be able to play with your toys right away and not have to run out to buy batteries. We will be ordering more! This big kid probably won't end up giving to his grandkids after all!! As they say, Men will be boys! That's ok, he deserves some fun too!! I recommend this for the little or big kid in your life!! I am trying to add a video but it isn't loading properly.     • Fun car, really hard to charge

This is a fun car, and my kid's been loving it. That said, every 4 hours of use, you have to unscrew the battery case, disconnect the battery pack, plug it into a special charger, and then do the same steps after it charges. It just uses a sealed pack of 4 NiMH rechargeable batteries, which I have scores of around the house. It would have been so much nicer to just pop 4 fresh batteries in or have a side-port that you can plug into the car to charge. ... show more
