I really like how easy it is to use - magnet is pretty powerful. Had issues with the magnet slipping from alignment. Not sure if vibration of machine was causing. If I didn't watch it, my seams became crooked. Other than that - it works great.

This is a strong magnet and does not move easily when you are sewing. The price was great. I wish I had known such a product existed- I would’ve bought this years ago. This is so much better than the Post-It note I used to use. No more wonky stitch lines. Straight hems at last.

Wouldn't work with my newer machine. My face plate was metal but area around was not and not completely flat so wouldn't work for me. If you have enough area where you would want to place it that is completely flat and a magnet would stick, sure this would work as intended. This magnet stays in place and doesn’t slide.The knob that is on top is very helpful when wanting to remove it from the sewing machine. I have to warn everyone, the magnet is really strong.
