These are great basic natural pads to go for. No irritants. No fragrance. Good length and absorbency. Comfortable. I can't find the ultra thins in my local target or whole foods anymore. Get them when you can!

These pads are fairly good and I like how thin they are so it doesn't feel like I'm wearing a diaper all day long. They're pretty absorbent, and it has only leaked once overnight. Otherwise, I trust this pad the most to use overnight because every other pad I've used leaks. The only thing is, the blood isn't distributed as evenly as I'd like. If this is getting TMI for any readers please stop here! Anyway what I mean by that is, although it's more absorbent than other pads the blood will stay in the middle of the pad (if I'm not using it overnight). It doesn't spread evenly. For other pads, by the time I change them I can see that the whole pad was used. For this pad it will start feeling "damp" down there, so I worry and check it but it's only the middle section that has accumulated, and the top and bottom of the pad still looks new. But it feels uncomfortable at that point so I change it. Sort of feels like a waste since the whole pad isn't used. ... show more
