I bought these NGK spark plugs/ignition coils (4pk) because I wanted Japan made products and come with a 2 yr warranty. After watching 2 videos, I gathered all the necessary tools to easily install NGK spark plugs & coils. So far, Lexus is running smoothly, and I saved $100 on the labor. Two out of the four coils received were defective. I am extraordinarily dissatisfied with this purchase and find this situation extremely frustrating. With this situation it caused a delay in getting my car fixed. I expect Amazon to address this issue and refund my money. That is why I give a zero rating on this product! ... show more

Lol These are a little bit more expensive, but I wanted parts from a Japanese outfit. (Initial order arrived incorrectly. 4 plugs & only 2 coils.
