The pockets are amazing. Left side coin and place for receipts, then the pockets on the right I thought were kind-of useless but I found very good specific reasons for them. I can keep my bank, notes for different staff specific stuff- ie availability (I do the schedule), or a cheat sheet of allergy ingredients, or whatever... I don't use the pen holder- more convenient to me to leave my pen in the center. I absolutely love this book, customers of all walks of life compliment it. Also, im pretty rough on things and this has held up longer than any other server book I've used and is still going strong. ... show more
