Everything works great for travel, and pouches make sense for space. Nothing leaks. But I found the pouches a pain to fill with creams... like sunscreen, lotion, hair conditioner. It was a mess. The medium and small are good sizes. The big pouches are too big though... you really just need one for sunscreen. There's nothing else I'd bring such a big volume of on a trip. The small jars are tiny, but a great size for expensive face creams where you only use a little bit anyway. I love the pump bottle... I want more of those. ... show more

    • Too much extra plastic
Size: B-17pcs
These seemed like a good idea, but when I got them, I immediately saw that they have a lot of plastic. They have about 1/2" of extra plastic around the edges, unlike a regular plastic bag which is sealed at the seam. You can see the extra plastic in the pictures, but until you try to use them, it's hard to understand how much unnecessary bulk they add. They also have wide rigid plastic necks, for ease of filling, I assume, and large plastic lids. The 30 ml. pouches are especially problematic as the necks and lids are the same size for all sizes of pouches. I filled the 30 ml pouch up with water and it took up about twice as much space as a small 30 ml plastic bottle with a small cap. The 50 ml and 100 ml would probably ultimately save space, especially on the return trip when they are empty. However, they could still probably be made with less plastic. Finally, the caps were extremely hard to open. I tried pushing with my thumbs but ended up having to pry with a fingernail. I tried several and was lucky I didn't break one of my short fingernails. I will say that the ones that I filled with water and left sitting upside down overnight did not leak. ... show more

These little clear travel packets are fabulous. I had been using silicone bottles for years for travel but they are cumbersome for packing. These are so much better and easier to pack. Love them.
