The media could not be loaded. I’m happy with my purchase. We purchased 3 rails, 2 side rails and 1 end rail, to form the U shape. It took my husband about an hour to set it up due to the need for some improvising. There’s room for improvement in stability if you are going for the U shape as we did, but overall, we’re happy with it after just a few adjustments.
