I wasn't sure I would like this coffee since I expected I would not be able to taste the real caramel flavor. Obviously, I was willing to try it and am I glad I did. The initial fragrance from the bag was not that much, however, as time went on, the smell was nicer each time I went in for another pod. I enhance the coffee flavor by using a caramel creamer. I might be inclined to use this flavor all the time but keep my Senseo Strong flavored pods for guests (as well as the caramel flavor too!) Try this - - I really think you will enjoy it! ... show more

    • Very Subtle Flavor - not "American In-Your-Face" flavor.
We use the modern North American Senseo model coffee maker. We are also experienced in drinking Senseo coffee at the homes of our native German friends. If you are expecting a strong caramel flavor from this product, you won't be satisfied. It is a very subtle flavor with a slight yet distinctive aroma. That said, it was still more subtle than I had anticipated. It is definitely along the lines with the European tastes as opposed to American. If you are okay with that - as we are - then it is worth the cost per cup. ... show more

Tasty. I like these a lot. It is like the coffee in the Netherlands at AH. Makes me happy every morning. Of course it is the real dutch thing. This one comes from France. It is real. Not the fake stuff from Sara Lee. Worth buying.
