I bought this relatively expensive headset and mike for my on-line business meetings. More specifically I bought this as it was advertised to work with Microsoft "Teams" on-line meetings communication application; and it does. My review is a bit ridged because of he high price tag and therefore high expectations. I have used it for only a few meetings so far. The audio is very good. The folks on the other end of the line tell me that their reception is clear. I frequently receive incoming phone calls. My meeting associates report that although they can still hear the phone in the background, is is not loud. To me that means that the noise cancellation is effective but not perfect. As for comfort, I understand that it is intended to be light weight, and is. For me the down side of that is that the very narrow, slick band has a tendency to slide around on my head. I would prefer a wider band that is more stable. Overall I gave this four stars. It perfectly meets my needs. I deducted the one star because it is too mobile on my head, but it is light weight and functional. Better noise attenuation would have been great. One other small item. I wish it had a foam cover on the boom mike to help eliminate proximity ambient sounds. Ultimately, a very good product. ... show more

I bought recently the product after careful review on amazon, having great expectations based on review and the company's reputation. I was really frustrated when I used the product. First, the quality of sound is mediocre at best. There is no way one can keep the product on the head comfortably for a few hours. It keeps sliding and rubs the top of the head, since it has no soft cushion. The worst thing happend, after 3 days of using, the mute mice on control unit stopped working. Bottom line: decent, but not great, sound quality, not very comfortable in use, overpriced. ... show more

I was looking for something with noise cancellation for background noise, I misunderstood that the noise cancellation is for the microphone.

    • Does not work on Mac OS Catalina
My employer gifted me this headphone. I gladly plugged it into my Mac (OS Catalina). It didn't work. Tried installing the software to check if it needs some setup. The software installed properly, but won't open afterwards. Interestingly, it works on my Windows machine.

We just got these in the office. For how light it is, the quality you get is impressive. For anyone saying there is no noise cancellation on headphone, there is. ANC won’t drown out all noise but it will definitely be noticeable if you wear the headset right. Mic has noise cancellation as well but I have not tested the extent of it. My review is mostly to say that ANC does work and that the build feels amazing for how light it is compared to bulky headsets ... show more
