I accidentally ordered a 1000lbs scale (needed a 10000lbs). Seller contacted me immediately and walked me through how to re-calibrate the unit to 10k. Awesome customer service and the unit works perfectly. Planning on ordering more in the future :)

Great Scale & Great Company. Purchased 3 scales over a 2 month period for our factory. 1st one was a 48" X 48" - We liked it so much we purchased another 48" X 48". Then we needed a larger one and purchased a 60" X 60". They work great. I also called the plant twice and spoke to the owner who was very helpful as we needed these asap.
