I actually bought the size 12 for both of them as the younger is a bit more sturdy built than the oldest and they fit them both perfectly. Purchased this wetsuit for my daughter who got cold at an indoor water park. This made a huge difference for her overall warmth and comfort when we returned to the same indoor waterpark. We also brought it on a cruise in April and it made pool time much more enjoyable for my daughter. Easy enough for her to put on by herself. My daughter is a very skinny little one with almost no body fat so she used to get so cold that she was unable to focus on swimming. We have now bought two of these because they really do help keep her warmer. There is a big size difference between the size 2 and size 3, mainly in the length but it does work so we will keep buying them as she outgrows them. I bought this for my granddaughter so that maybe she can swim this year . It fits ok but a little loose around the legs. Wish it was more snug so water don't get in. She is 5 and I bought a size 2.

My kid loves this wetsuit. We’ve purchased it 3 different times as my son has gotten older- over the past 4 years. It’s made really well. None of them ever wore out- he just outgrew them. They are an essential must have for cruising ( we go every March) can’t recommend it enough.

We followed the recommended chart, but my child is tall but slender. And this was waaay too big (wide on sleeves/legs) for my child, does not keep any heat in, so pointless, still freezing in it.
