This is one of the healthiest snacks I have ever eaten and to me they were delicious . . . my 16-year-old daughter did not like them because her taste buds are used to sugary and salty snacks but I am trying to convert her. So, I’m not sure what possessed me to try these. I honestly hate lentils and never eat them, but I’m a sucker for a good salty snack so I gave in. These have a great flavor and a nice crunch. They are super oily, so prepare for messy hands when you eat them. They have a slight after taste that’s not super noticeable, and even my lentil hating self can get past it easily. I've purchased these multiple time... which is to say, they are tasty. I have noticed that sometimes the texture varies - sometimes the lentils are harder and other times they are more light and crunchy. I enjoy eating them by themselves, but they're also good on salad. They are oily, but they have a nice flavor without any weird ingredients and have the fiber of lentils in a snack. Not an every day item, but I love these for camping and vacations. ... show more

All the other reviews saying this product is really oily were not lying. The Himalayan Salt one was ESPECIALLY oily. That being said though, it's not *that* bad. I just can't eat much of it at a time. The crunch is really addicting and satisfying, and the saltiness level is fine, but could be lower for me, personally. Don't think I would be getting these again though unless I have a specific craving for them. ... show more
