Im so sad writing this review i could cry. I bought this wig for my 22nd birthday & it was so perfect when i unboxed it. The hair was so soft not too much shedding & i was so excited to get it installed. That was my first mistake letting someone else install it. She literally cut my wig in half damn near. I really love this hair, it’s soft, smell amazing, it’s doesn’t sheds, no tangles or knots, easy to style and melt lace. I didn’t have to do anything to this wig but install it. I recommend anyone to get this wig.

I've never ordered any hair pieces online before this order because I'd much rather buy a product like this in person. However, I am completely satisfied with this purchase ! The quality of hair was great , SOFT and the right color natural 1B or off black! The product was exactly as described. It came pre plucked with baby hairs as described! The product came in a wonderful looking pink storage bag, as well as with a wig cap and a pair of beautiful long eyelashes !!!!! I am floored! Also the delivery came early in the morning . I was able to take care of myself and get on with my day . I didn't have to wait untill the afternoon or evening to get my product. 10 out of 10 all around ! I was a little disappointed the wig was not what I was expecting. It was very soft I love the texture but it was very thin as well. I ordered an 18 inch it looks more like a 14 maybe 16 inch. I wanted to put it up in bun like picture but the bun was small looked nothing like the picture, the lace didn’t melt properly and it was hard to hide.
