Sciatica pain is no joke and for 3 weeks continuously, I've been suffering. Pain in the lower back, buttocks, thigh and traveling to my knee at its worst. I have all the popular pain creams plus ibuprofen and NSaids. I was doing the stretches all throughout the day. The relief was minimum and short term. I started taking homeopathic leg cramp pills and then Googled this Sciatica Cream. This has given me the most relief yet! I was able to get thru my errands today without stopping because of the pain and cramps. The combination of MSM, arnica and menthol must do the trick. Yes, this has a medicinal menthol smell and a warming feel but I don't care. I use it after a hot shower and in conjunction with red alcohol sports rub with capsaicin. This product is a tad bit pricey but I'll pay it again because it helps significantly. I've recommended it to my 82 year old mother and 67 year old brother who suffer from back pain and sciatica too. ... show more

I have sciatica on both sides. I have an army of creams and roll ons. I saw this and wanted to try it. It’s a blue “gel” but didn’t act like it. It’s drippy and messy. I’m using it because i bought it, but i won’t buy it again.
