The best feature of this (aside from safety) is the adjustable fit dial in the back. Because of this this helmet fits my daughter's head perfectly leaving some room to grow. We purchased this helmet last December to match my son’s new bike. We always insist that he wears the helmet and fastens it properly, and thank goodness he listens. He was recently hit by a car riding his bike to school. His head smashed into the windshield, cracking it.
